Scotland has mainly been ruled by two queens, namely mary and Anne. Mary is considered as the first queen of Scotland and is famous in history for her wit, beauty, fate and crime. She was the daughtr of James V, the king of Scotland and succeded her father after eight days of her birth. In the following years she was crowned by Archbishop Beaton. She was sent to France before she was six years oldmary lived as part of the french royal family. In 1558 she married Francois and then Dauphin. She secretly agrred to bequeath Scotland to France if she dies without a son. In 1559 Francois succeeded his father and Mary became the queen of Scotland as well as of France. She ruled Scotland from 1689 to 1694.
