England is a country has significant influence on the history of the world. England is the country which
has given the modern parliamentarian form of government to the world. England is the country which
had the vast colonial expansion spread over the world. Many of the colonies of England now follows
British political system. The constitution of many countries have been greatly influenced by the British constitution though it is not a written constitution. One of the major incidents of the world history industrial revolution started in England. The use of machine for producing textile products in England
gave birth of the concept of industrial production in large scale.

The history of England has its very long root. Even in the pre-historic time human settlement was there
in England. Romans conquered this island in the early half of first century. After Roman came the Saxon invaders and Vikings. After the Saxons and Viking invasion a major incident of invasion occurred in the history of England. Duke of Normandy of France conquered Britain. The influence of this invasion is still visible in England. English vocabulary loaned many French words after the invasion. Even today these words are used by the speakers of English. England in the modern age
conquered many parts of the world and this country had the largest colony in the colony. Now England is a very welcoming country to other countries of the world. Not only that England still influence the
present day world as a potential economic and political power.
